Haptic (formerly Square Share) is a technology company specializing in NFC (Near Field Communication) solutions for businesses. We provide custom NFC squares that enable instant digital connections between businesses and their customers.

3. Service Description

Haptic provides:

Custom NFC squares programmed with business-specific information
Digital connection solutions for menus, contact information, social media, and payment platforms
Consultation and setup assistance for optimal implementation
Technical support for product functionality

4. Order Process and Payment

4.1 Custom Quotes

All orders require custom quotes based on quantity, materials, and specific requirements. Pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is typically required before manufacturing begins. Accepted payment methods and terms will be specified in your custom quote.

4.3 Order Modifications

Changes to orders may be possible before manufacturing begins. Additional fees may apply for modifications after production has started.

5. Product Specifications

5.1 Materials

NFC squares are available in wood, matte black, and matte white finishes. Actual appearance may vary slightly from digital representations.

5.2 Programming

Each NFC square is custom-programmed with your specified information including but not limited to:

Website links and contact information
Social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Payment platforms (Venmo, PayPal, etc.)
Review platform links
Digital menus and portfolios

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes will be specified in your order confirmation. Haptic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

7. Warranties and Limitations

7.1 Product Warranty

NFC squares are warranted against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or environmental factors.

7.2 NFC Technology

NFC functionality depends on compatible devices and proper implementation. While most modern smartphones support NFC, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Links to social media, payment platforms, and other third-party services are subject to those platforms' terms and availability. Haptic is not responsible for changes or discontinuation of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business information, logos, and content provided for programming. Haptic retains intellectual property rights to our NFC technology, programming methods, and hardware design.

9. Privacy and Data

Haptic collects only the information necessary to fulfill orders and provide service. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information handling practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Haptic's liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

11. Refunds and Returns

11.1 Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once programming begins, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

11.2 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before programming begins. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Haptic products or services for:

Illegal activities or content
Harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices
Adult content or services
Activities that could damage Haptic's reputation
